Saturday18th October 3pm
FA Trophy Preliminary Round

It's a break from league action this weekend as Casuals make the journey to Bedfordshire to take on Leighton Town FC.

Our opponents who ply their trade at step 4 similar to ourselves currently sit 19th in the Southern League Central division with 12 points from 12 games.  Last weekend they lost 4-0 at home to Godalming Town.

The hosts will be looking to improve on their cup record this season having bowed out to Combined Counties division one side Bedfont & Feltham despite the step 6 side playing much of the second half with 10 men.

Casuals themselves will be seeking their first cup victory of the season.

Kick off is at 3pm and live match updates will be available via twitter.

If the scores are level after 90 minutes then there will be a replay at King George's Arena the following Tuesday (subject to confirmation)

If heading south towards Hemel Hempstead the entrance to the ground is on the right hand side of the road directly opposite Morrisons Supermarket Petrol Station, just after the Traffic Lights and Town Houses.

Car Parking is available immediately adjacent to the ground.

Arriving from the West

From Aylesbury, then take A418 towards Leighton Buzzard after approximately 7 miles you will reach and go through the village of Wing. About 1/2 mile the other side of Wing you will meet a roundabout. Turn right onto the Leighton By-pass (A505), head towards Dunstable . Go straight over the first roundabout, then at the next roundabout take the first exit Grovebury Road. Travel to the T junction at the end of this road then turn left.

Almost immediately you will arrive at a mini roundabout take the first exit. Approx 50 yards along on the left you will see the entrance to the club car park(opposite Morrisons Petrol Station)and just before a new housing complex. Car parking is on your left as you turn.

Travel from Midlands using M1.

Leave the M1 at Junction 15 take the A508 towards Milton Keynes. After 9 miles you will reach the A5 roundabout , take the 1st exit and travel about 8 miles to the roundabout at the end of the dual carriageway. Take the 2nd exit , follow the A5 towards Dunstable. After about 3 miles you will arrive at another roundabout (Flying Fox pub on your left) take the 3rd exit towards Heath & Reach and Leighton Buzzard.

Follow this road for about 4 miles until you arrive at a large roundabout in Leighton Buzzard then take the 1st exit.

At the next roundabout take the second exit, you will then go through 2 sets of lights, the ground and car park is on the right immediately after the lights and opposite the Petrol station.

From the South.

Take the M1 to Junction 8 (Hemel Hempstead) and head towards the Town Centre . As you go down the hill into Hemel you will reach a multi directional roundabout. Turn right then follow the signs for Leighton Buzzard(A4146).

Leighton Buzzard is about 16 miles north west of Hemel Hempstead along this road.

Arriving by train

Leighton Buzzard is situated on the London Euston - Watford - Milton Keynes - Northampton line, but the station is actually in Linslade and about a 20 minute walk from the ground. From the station entrance go to the top of Station Road and bear right onto New Road. Turn left at the bottom of New Road and you will come to a major junction with traffic lights. Turn right towards Leighton Buzzard. Cross over the canal then turn right into Bridge Street for the High Street. At the bottom of the High Street bear right onto Lake Street which becomes a main road. Pass The Sun pub and the entrance to the ground is on your right.
