Unveiled at the headquarters of the club’s Brazilian brothers, Corinthians Paulista, the new shirt will hopefully mark the beginning of a prosperous new era for the club. In Brazil for a week, Chris Watney has been discussing many shared projects with the Brazilian superstars, including a potential tour, documentary and merchandise partnership. To mark the occasion, the kit reintroduces a sky blue collar for the first time since the Corinthian-Casual’s last tour to Brazil in 2001 and introduces the brand new club badge marking the club’s 75th anniversary. The kit will be worn by the first team later this month and is made by the new in-house sportswear brand, “Casuals 39”! Pictured above, Corinthians Paulista Marketing Director, Alexandre Ferriera, holds the shirt that will hopefully mark a historic partnership 104 years after our ancestor’s legendary tour in 1910. The mere mention of talks has caused the national press in Brazil to speculate and the many fans to excitedly celebrate…!
