We’re delighted to welcome back football following the month-long lockdown in November – and we start with two cup ties.
On Saturday 5th December, we’ll travel over to South-East London to take on previous FA Vase finalists Cray Valley (PM) in the London Senior Cup. The Millers were champions in this tournament back in 2017 and more recently reached the 1st Round of the FA Cup, narrowly losing to Havant & Waterlooville. Kick off is set for 3pm. This is then followed up with an FA Trophy First Round tie against Walton Casuals on Tuesday 8th December. It’s the first time the two sides have met since the Bostik League South Playoff Final in 2018 which was decided on penalties. Once again, we’ll be hosting with a 7.45pm kickoff. Season tickets are NOT valid for this match. Sales of tickets will go on sale shortly. Our league campaign resumes on the 19th December with a first visit to East Thurrock United, though fixtures are fluid, depending on the progress made in the FA Trophy. Please keep an eye out for any changes which will be published here and on social media. A reminder that we’re unlikely to be able to sell alcohol, as we fall into a Tier 2 area and the restrictions that come with it. However, we cannot wait to welcome you back to the United Business Group Stadium very soon.
