Herne Bay 2-1 Casuals

Casuals paid the price for a slow start as they went down 2-1 at Herne Bay.


After Jamie Byatt had an effort disallowed for offside within the first 60 seconds the afternoon took a turn for the worse and within 20 minutes Casuals found themselves two down.

As ever a second half improvement saw the visitors come back into the match but despite Lee Hall's penalty 20 minutes from time the home side held on. To add to Casuals frustrations the game was held up for 10 minutes in injury time as the hosts seemingly ran out of balls.
