Bilbao Visit June 2025

Here are some impressions from our memorable trip to Bilbao. Our hosts, the Walking Lions Getxo, delivered a brilliant tournament with plenty of good football and opportunities to mix with the other teams. We returned with a whole host of Invitations to visit Sweden, Lanzarote, Alicante and France.

The Tournament in the over 60's was won by the Swedish National Team who we drew against. Our own efforts were very even as we managed 2 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses with a goal difference of 0. Regardless of the results, we enjoyed the trip and hospitality and made lots of new friends.
