Jeff ran a Saturday and Sunday amateur football club at both youth and subsequently adult county league. Sheen Tigers FC (who played many finals at Corinthian-Casuals) were an incredibly successful team up until the point the team came to end. Jeff was the lynch pin at the club and took on multiple roles from club secretary to kitman and everything in between.
The Joyce Family and his many friends will keep Jeff’s memory alive and by combining his many loves; Family, Friends and Football!
The teams will be made up of family members, friends and members of the local community. We will be encouraging spectators on the day and are hoping for a great turnout.
We want this match to not only be a way to remember Jeff but a means to raise money for others. We are raising money for the National Brain Appeal charity to help fund future research and support families who are affected by dementia.
